Database Rights
Databases are protected under the French copyright regime and the Law of 1 July 1998.
Hyperlink Policy
The City of Lyon and the Museum of Printing authorise the creation of hyperlinks to their websites, except on sites which disseminate controversial, pornographic, xenophobic or broadly offensive content.
The link must lead to the home page and the site must open in a new browser window. No page from the Lyon.fr or MICG websites may be embedded within another website (no framing).

Personal Data Processing
The personal data collected via this website is the result of voluntary information provided by visitors. It is used solely to respond to requests or to carry out services provided by the City of Lyon and the MICG.
The legal bases for processing are Articles 6.1(a) and 6.1(e) of the UK GDPR and Articles 7 and 7-3° of the French Data Protection Act (consent and public interest), as well as Articles 6.1(c) and 7-4° of the GDPR and Articles 7-1° and 7-4° of the French Act (legal obligation and contractual performance or pre-contractual measures).
