Travelling Exhibition: "Le musée ambulant. Lectures de Miyazaki"
Following the success of its 2024 presentation at the Musée de l’Imprimerie et de la Communication Graphique, the exhibition Le musée ambulant. Lectures de Miyazaki [The Wandering Museum. Readings of Miyazaki] continues its journey and moves into the heart of Lyon’s district town halls.
he exhibition has been redesigned into modular displays tailored to each venue, offering visitors rich highlights from the original 2024 project. This travelling programme, running through to the end of 2026, reveals the many artistic inspirations behind the work of the Japanese filmmaker — visual and literary references subtly woven into his films that shed light on the roots of his legendary creativity.
The exhibition will be on display in the Camille Georges Room at the 2nd Arrondissement Town Hall from 11 June to 29 August 2025,
Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.
From Monday 7 July to Saturday 23 August inclusive: Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.
